The insurance growth platform for the agentic era.
From scattered signals to RoI-driven actions
Insurance growth is going through its biggest shift in decades. Fount gives growth the systems and services to see the whole RoI picture, and to close the gap between possible and profitable at the speed agents work.
Too much noise to see what's actually driving RoI.
AI agents are already shopping for insurance, working their way through quote flows that were never built for them. Meanwhile the media plan has grown from search, lead partners and the phones to Meta, TikTok, comparison sites, affiliates and connected TV, each counting differently and reporting on its own.
Agents can make sense of all of it, but only with the right structure and context, and most growth teams don't have that yet. When someone asks on Monday why leads are down, the answer is spread across 13 Excel tabs and 10 Slack threads, and by Wednesday the picture has moved.
Close the loop from spend to profit.
Today, a growth team sees the leads, and only a rough count of the policies and premium they turn into.
Everything after that shows up months later in other systems, so budget gets set by channel, campaign or partner, on cost per lead.
One operating system for growth.
Customer data platform
A customer data platform built for insurance, and the foundation for everything else. It unifies every source into one profile per customer, resolves identities across devices and systems, and syncs audiences and values back to your ad platforms and CRM. Agents build pipelines on top, so the same expensive query never runs twice.
See customer data platformAgents that work with you, and keep working after you log off.
$30k to Safe Driver Search and $20k to the careful-driver lookalike. Both pay back inside a year at today's bind rates. The budget change is ready for you to approve.
An insurance marketing layer that knows how your book works.
- Suggested
Anything an agent writes starts here. It's only a suggestion, and it never goes into an answer.
- Checked
Someone has checked it and it's safe to use. Answers only ever use checked or approved facts.
- Approved
Someone on your team has signed it off. Only a person can approve something.
Everything your marketing touches, in one place.
Fount's customer data platform brings in your ad platforms and lead marketplaces, CRM and call center, quote engine, policy admin and claims, product analytics, third-party data and warehouse. It resolves every touch to one customer and syncs audiences and results back out. Our engineers do the plumbing with yours.
Ad platforms stop counting just before the money arrives.
Agents build the pipeline once. You stop paying for the same query twice.
From the question to the sale, inside the conversation.

What Monday morning looks like with Fount.
Built for the people accountable for growth, and to bring them together.
Bid on what a policy is worth.
You live in the ad platforms, and they only see as far as the lead. Fount shows you what every campaign, ad set and keyword wrote in policies and margin. It also sends that value back to Google and Meta, so their bidding goes after customers who bind and stay.
- Cost per bound policy and 3-year value by campaign, ad set and keyword
- Policy value sent back to Google and Meta as offline conversions
- Bid and budget tests with limits on spend and loss ratio
- A warning the morning a partner's lead quality drops

Some insurers have a strong marketing team that needs better tools. Others need a partner who will run acquisition with them. Most sit somewhere in between, and we'll design around where you are.
Technology partnership
For carriers and MGAs with an established marketing function. Your team keeps full ownership of strategy and decisions, and Fount lets them do more without adding headcount.
How it worksGrowth partnership
For carriers and MGAs with a lean marketing team, or none at all. Our insurance marketers and data scientists run acquisition on Fount with you, accountable for the policies written.
How it worksBuilt by people who price risk for a living.
We started Fount building actuarial systems for large insurers, and kept watching marketing teams make million-dollar decisions on cost per lead. These are the principles we build on.
- 01
Profitability first
Every action is weighed in what it does to premium, retention and margin. The agents, the tests and the audiences all use the same measure.
- 02
Insurance first, insurance focused
Fount understands policy chaining, rating factors, call center transcripts, lead buying and embedded partners. It knows a quote from a bind and a renewal from a new policy.
- 03
Complex features made simple
You can run identity resolution, audience building and predictive analytics in plain language. You don't need a data science degree.
- 04
Unify data, people and AI, not just data
Marketing, data, analytics and product working from the same insights, with agents alongside them, instead of each team in its own tool.
- 05
Task-focused AI, not another chatbot
Agents own real marketing work: reporting, building audiences, watching campaigns, scoring leads and lining up budget moves for you to approve.
- 06
Open, transparent and accessible data
Every number comes with the query behind it, so your team can check it and own the decision.
- 07
Your team stays in charge
Agents draft, recommend and keep watch. Anything that touches a budget, an ad platform or a customer goes out when a person says so.
- 08
Modular and composable
You already have tools that work. Start with the part of Fount you need most, and add the rest when you're ready.
What people ask us about Fount.
What is Fountlabs?
Fountlabs is Fount's growth operating system for property and casualty insurers. At its core is a customer data platform built for insurance, which unifies your marketing and customer data into one profile per customer. On top of that it puts a value on every customer using your own models, keeps a record of every marketing decision, and runs agents, tests and audiences. That means marketing gets measured on what each policy is worth.
Is Fount a CDP?
Yes, and more. At its core Fount is a customer data platform built for insurance. It unifies data from your ad platforms, CRM, call center, quoting, policy admin and claims, resolves it to one profile per customer, and syncs audiences and values back out to your channels. On top of that sit things a CDP or BI tool doesn't give you: what every customer is likely to be worth, a record of every marketing decision and what it did, and agents that work through it overnight.
How do you measure marketing profitability in insurance?
By setting what it cost to win and serve each customer against what they are likely to bring in over time. A lot of the cost is spent before the policy binds, on media, the call center, quoting and underwriting. Premium arrives a month at a time for as long as the customer stays. Fount puts both on one view for every channel, campaign, partner, audience, ad and ZIP code.
What is cost per bound policy?
Cost per bound policy is marketing spend divided by the number of policies that bound from it. It is a better guide than cost per lead because it only counts leads that became customers. Fount goes further and values each policy on what it is expected to be worth.
What is a growth signal?
A growth signal is one number a growth team cares about, like cost per bound policy or quote to bind, with the band it should sit in. Fount checks each one on its own schedule and marks it on track, slipping, off track or waiting on data, so agents start with what is broken.
What is agentic commerce in insurance?
Agentic commerce is selling insurance through the AI assistants customers already use. When someone asks an assistant for a quote, it can collect consent, ask the insurer's underwriting questions, return an exact price with the right disclosures and hand over to bind. Fount's live demo carrier, Alpha InsureCo, shows how it works at quote.fountai.co.
Do Fount's agents act without approval?
Agents check signals, diagnose problems, draft and recommend, and can do routine work inside limits your team sets. Anything that moves a budget, goes to an ad platform or reaches a customer waits for a person on your team, and every decision is recorded in the marketing ledger.
Does Fount work with the tools we already use?
Fount is built to work with the tools insurers already run: ad platforms and lead partners, CRM and call center, quoting, policy admin and claims systems, product analytics and the data warehouse. It is modular, so you can start with the part you need most, and our engineers do the plumbing with yours.
Who is Fount for?
Property and casualty carriers, MGAs and brokers that want growth to pay for itself: heads of growth, performance marketers, creative teams, growth analysts, data engineers, risk and pricing analysts and call center leaders. Insurers with a lean team can work with Fount as a growth partnership, where our marketers and data scientists run acquisition with them.
The Marketer Graph for Insurance
How Fount turns the mess of insurance marketing and customer data into a single connected graph agents can reason over, to measure cause and effect and take trusted, governed actions. The overview of a five-part series.
Why are the leads down? The causal growth marketing problem
A simple Monday-morning question - why are the leads down? - still costs an insurance marketer most of their week, because the answer is scattered across systems that were never wired together to show cause and effect. Part 1 of the Marketer Graph series.
